Upload records to ACT48 at a cost of $8.00 per record per quarter.

Note: Record will include all requests received for trainings completed and passed during the quarter for which payment is made.

Records are submitted quarterly.

Q1 - Jan 1st to March 31st  - submission in April

Q2 - April 1st to June 30th  - submission in July

Q 3 - July 1st to Septemebr 30th - submission in October

Q4 - October 1st to December 31st - submission in January
